Program Description
Discover how easily your senses can be fooled at the Museum of Illusions Thessaloniki. Interactive installations and experiences based on optical phenomena allow you to explore how your eyes and brain interpret the world around you.
During your visit, you will encounter a variety of optical illusions that change the way you perceive space, shapes and proportions. Walk through the Infinity Maze, test your sense of balance in the Vortex Room and discover how the Ames Room creates the illusion of differences in size through its unusual design.
The exhibition also features holograms, kaleidoscopes and warped mirrors. The interactive installations allow you not only to observe the illusions, but also to experience them for yourself.
This experience is suitable for the whole family and anyone looking to combine fun with interesting insights into vision, the brain and human perception.
