Program Description

The Bay of Kotor captivates visitors with its dramatic mountains, historic coastal towns and secluded bays filled with crystal-clear waters. This relaxing cruise combines sightseeing, breathtaking scenery and time to unwind along one of Montenegro’s most beautiful stretches of coastline.

After travelling from Budva to Tivat, you will board an excursion boat and set sail through one of the most spectacular bays in Europe. Along the way, you will admire the stunning landscapes that make Montenegro so unique, where towering mountains plunge almost directly into the Adriatic Sea and picturesque settlements line the shoreline.

The first stop will be Kotor, a UNESCO-listed town renowned for its rich maritime heritage and well-preserved medieval architecture. Guests visiting Kotor for the first time may join a short introductory walk with the guide (local tourist tax of €1 applies). Alternatively, you can spend your free time exploring the charming streets, squares and historic landmarks of the Old Town at your own pace.

The cruise then continues to Perast, one of the most picturesque towns on the Bay of Kotor. You will have free time to stroll along the waterfront and admire the elegant stone palaces that reflect the town’s prosperous maritime past. During the cruise, you will also sail around Our Lady of the Rocks, the famous island church that has become one of Montenegro’s most recognisable landmarks.

Another highlight of the day is a longer stop at Žanjica Beach, located in a peaceful bay on the Luštica Peninsula. Difficult to reach by land, this hidden gem has retained its tranquil atmosphere and natural charm. The exceptionally clear waters and beautiful surroundings make it an ideal place to relax, swim and enjoy the Adriatic at its best.

For those looking for an additional adventure, there is an optional visit to the famous Blue Cave available for an extra charge of €10. This remarkable sea cave is renowned for the mesmerising blue light reflections that illuminate its interior, creating a truly unforgettable natural spectacle.

The order of visits and the programme may be subject to change.
