Program Description
Discover one of Poland’s most recognisable dishes during a hands-on pierogi cooking class in Warsaw. Learn how to prepare the dough, try different folding techniques and pick your own filling before sitting down to enjoy the dumplings you have made.
The class begins with preparing the pierogi dough. You will learn how to knead it before moving on to different techniques for folding the dumplings. Your instructor will also share practical tips to help you prepare pierogi successfully.
Next, you will choose between meat and vegetarian fillings and decide how you want to fill your dumplings. You will then put the techniques you have learned into practice as you prepare your own pierogi.
Once the cooking is complete, you will sit down to enjoy the pierogi you have prepared yourself. The experience finishes with a liqueur tasting, adding a traditional local touch to the culinary workshop.
This experience is a great way to discover Polish cuisine through a hands-on activity and learn how to prepare one of the country’s best-known dishes.
