Program Description

Discover a different side of Tunisia on an excursion that combines Roman heritage, authentic local traditions and the charm of one of the country's most popular seaside towns.

Your first stop is Zaghouan, a town famous for the ancient aqueduct that once supplied water to Carthage. Here, you will visit the impressive Roman Water Temple, an important archaeological monument dedicated to the sacred spring that fed the aqueduct. There will be time to admire the site and take photographs.

The journey continues to the Douar Laroussi organic farm, where you will discover traditional Tunisian craftsmanship. You will watch demonstrations of how harissa, orange blossom water and traditional bread are prepared using local methods passed down through generations. The visit also includes a traditional Tunisian lunch accompanied by local wine tasting and live music.

On the return journey, you will stop in the Medina of Hammamet, where you will have free time to browse local shops, purchase souvenirs or simply enjoy the atmosphere of this historic seaside town.
